How to install a Millett (med ht) angle lock weaver style scope bases and rings on a CZ 452 (.22 cal rifle)?

Those rings do not fit on the CZ dovetail for scope mounting. You can either buy adapters for your Millet rings, or purchase the correct rings for that rifle. I believe it is an 11 millimeter dovetail.
I would order the proper rings, myself. Here are a few links to look at.
