Magnification: 1X
Objective Diameter: 30mm
Field of View: 68 ft @ 100yds.
I prefer them more that the iron sights cause i fell like if can pick the unordinary easier. (aka camoflauge things)
The brightness can be audjusted on those sun glaring days and it seems studry in the pictures.
Also it is very affordable.
It may not be the best on the market, but I think it could get the job done.

Red dots help aquire targets faster than iron sights. You use then with both eyes open, so you have a wider field of vision. The biggest problem seems to be that they take batteries, and if they run out or the sight breaks for some reason, they may make shooting with iron sights impossible.

I bought one for my Hammerli / Sig trailside. I can shoot just as well without it.

The BSA can’t be compared to my Aimpoint CompML2.
As far as accuracy, depends on the MOA size of the dot.
