Zeiss being a 10, and those things that come on BB guns being a 1, I’d give them a 6.
They won’t be as bright, or as clear as a Leupold, Zeiss, or Nikon. They will be better than a Tasco. They should hold zero fine, on all but a big magnum. For the price, I prefer Simmons, but I have a Burris.

Burris makes a pretty good scope. However watch out for some of their lower line models like the Fullfield II, they are made in the Philippines and lack the build quality of their higher line models. IMO you cannot go wrong with the Bushnell Elite 3200 scopes. They have good quality glass, a 1 year no questions asked return for refund/exchange policy and a lifetime warranty, they feature the Rainguard lens coating (prevents fogging and sheets away water from lens) this is optional even on Leupolds costing several times more. These scopes are also finger adjustable and cost about $180 and up. If you plan on hunting close to dusk for about $20 more you can opt for their Firefly glowing reticle. Don’t believe that you should spend as much for a scope as you did on your rifle, this is what Leupold marketers want you to think, not when you can buy a Bushnell Elite 3200. I know Leupold makes great scopes so please do not attack me Leupold fans, but you do not have to spend $400 and up for a quality scope. Lower line Leupolds and Nikons are not even finger adjustable for windage/elevation, a big inconvenience when sighting-in your scope. I attached a couple of links for you, I hope this helps you with your decision.

I have had a Burris on some of my guns and was generally pleased with there performance, for the price I think that there pretty good quality, you can get a Burris scope for a pretty low price,I have to tell you though that Nikon and Leupold are miles above Burris, now Burris does have some high end Models but still it cant be compared to a good Nikon or Leupold, this is coming from first hand experience, when I was younger I couldn’t afford a Nikon scope,I used Burris and it worked fine but when my financial situation improved I upgraded my scope to Nikon and the difference can be seen in clarity,Field of view and most importantly light retention which gives me some extra time in the woods while hunting in the dark timber,I cant tell you how many times I left the big timber at night only to see that when I got to the road that there was still 10 or 15 minuets of shooting light left, that’s the biggest difference between these brands, now I can squeeze every last second out of my hunt

I like Burris rifle scopes. My Ruger #1-H .458 Winchester Magnum has a Burris 4x scope. My Ruger #1-Tropical .375 H&H Magnum has a 3×9 Burris Short Magnum scope. My Remington Model 673 Guide Rifle in .350 Winchester Magnum (the original short-magnum round) has a Burris 1-3/4×5 scope. My other Remington 673 (in 6.5 Remington Magnum–the other original short-mag round) has a 3×9 Burris Short Magnum scope. No problems.

I own and shoot Burris and Leupold scopes. Burris is a very good scope. They seem to compare fairly well with my Leupolds, although they aren’t quite as nice in some respects. They are still a premium American rifle scope.
I like Burris better than Bushnell, equal to Nikon and Leupold. Just my opinion (I’ve shot all these).
