Can you mount a Nikon Laser IRT 4-12×42 scope onto an AR-15 flat top?

if so, how? it has a low profile mounting system and was wondering if it would be able to fit on my AR-15 with the weaver/picatinny style rail?
also I have a flip up front sight that I can keep down or remove if it gets in the way.
I looked on midway usa and did not find anything saying you can or cannot mount it on an ar-15 weaver top rail, if you could include an exact website (copy and paste where you found it) that would be helpful.

Probably.
You’d need to procure the correct mounts/rings to attach the scope to the rifle.
Depending upon the situation, the rifle’s front-sight may need to be replaced with something that won’t block the scope’s field-of-view.
